When an Elder Wolf wishes to invite someone to SWP, we now have a new way of doing it that we hope will help to keep us from being confused as to "who are you?"
From now on, any time a new person is invited to the guild, they MUST sign up at the message board within 24 hours of being placed in the guild. There, they will find a board set up, called "New SWP Pups". They need to create a new topic stating who they are and who invited them, and giving a bit of info about them.
Guild members can read there about their new guildmate and anyone with issues against them can post there too. We want to hear the good and the bad.
Also, when the new person is invited, the Elder Wolf needs to go into the guild list inside WoW, and change the General Note on the new pup's name, to state who invited them.
Such as, if I invited Nilla, in Nilla's General note, it would show "Invited by Neve".
If anyone has any questions, please feel free to ask here, and I'll try to answer as best as possible!
Oh, and if a Wolf wants to invite a friend, just contact an elder wolf or above. Whoever invites someone, though, are responsible for that person during the probationary period!!
