Didn't happen.
There were 10 signed up and 10 minutes after raid time 4 were not online. ZA was pushed to tonight instead of kara.
I'll be quite honest here. One reason I gave up the friday run was because of work, the other reason was because it was setup for Monday night and we had enough signed up to do it. Needless to say last night at 10 minutes after 10 i was pretty fucking pissed.
At least if your not going to go, take your name off the list or let someone know so we aren't sitting there with our thumbs up our ass waiting on a raid that isn't going to happen. And by god don't sign up for shit if you can't be there at the start time and decide to log in 2 hours later. Have a little bit of common courtesy.

I signed up and didn't show. I had every intentions of being there. I rarely have Monday nights off and the one time I did I wanted to do something especialy since I almost never get to go.
But with my fucked up hours and the fact that I had worked the day before I was tired and fell asleep on the couch a few hours before the raid time and woke up 5h after the scheduled raid time.
I understand that you are pissed off and with reasons. I agree that if someone signs up in advance and something comes up that they should take their names off.
I really feel bad about leting you guys down and I am really sorry.

It's cool Xyon. I know people fall asleep and have lives and that, shit happens beyond someones control sometimes . Honestly, I totally understand that. I guess last night was just more or less the last straw as far as seeing people sign up that don't show up on time, log out right as the raid is supposed to begin, or don't even bother to show up at all. Yes we are a casual guild, but we also have to rely on each other to get stuff done in this game. One player was on that sent me a tell saying they could not make it, and was really sorry but real life stuff had come up....thats fine, I knew and could look for someone else to go. Problem was there was nobody else. Even if you had been online dude, there wouldn't have been enough. half the people that signed up just weren't there. Naxx is going to take us 2-3 times longer to get through than KZ did. it is a much larger instance and is only the first raid in game. I really don't want to spend this expansion in one raid instance, i would like to see all of them at some point and time. But if people don't put forth the effort to advance, then the guild is going to be stuck in tier 7 until the next expansion and miss 85% of the end game content, like we did with TBC.
