Wednesday night we had a little drama in guild chat about opportunities in raiding. I completely understand the need for our selection process in ten man raiding. The issue i have is at the same time people were getting passed up we had 23 lvl 80s online. I know there was a scheduled raid for that night but i feel we should have attempted aleast a few bosses in ulduar or even do a wing or two in naxx. but that is just my opinion. hate to see people leave because we have 2 people short of a 25man... sorry just needed to vent

The thing is, alot of times we may have 20-25 people on but out of those only 13-14 are actually able to raid that night. Some people, like me, feel like they have to go if there's a need for more people. Which isn't really fair to those that can't, but want to help the guild out....it kinda makes them feel guilty for not going even though they shouldn't feel that way.
If there are that many on in the future, should we scrap plans for a 10 man? Sure if there's enough interest to go do a 25 man. Should we try to get 2 10 man's going? I don't see why we can't, again if there's a desire and enough healers/tanks to actually get something done in the raid.
Naxx, first couple bosses in uludar...don't really need as specific a group as 10 man ToC but unfortunately you do have to have 2 tanks and 3 healers, which makes doing another 10 man group kinda hard to do.......
