Heroics
1. Loot- roll Need on anything that is an upgrade. Boss loot we generally allow a DE’er to roll greed so they can work up their enchanting level, if no DE’er is present roll greed on the item
2. Group makeup: We have been using same groups all night, this is changing. We hope to have more than 1 heroic going at a time, sometimes this doesn’t happen so after a run the group will be reformed to allow others to get in on heroics, probably not the daily but runs where they can get upgrades
3. Begging for heroics will not get you a heroic, in fact it may get you excluded from them.
Raids
1. At the moment we are running 10 man instances, we do not have enough to run 25 man’s yet.
2. Loot: Pass on all Boss drops, these are the BOP epics. We will roll on these after everyone has passed. 1 Boss drop per run per person (tier items are excluded, you may also roll on 1 tier item per run). You may roll on gear if it is your Main spec, ie the spec you are currently raiding as (with dual spec on the horizon we have to be fair to those in the raid). Off-spec rolls do not count for 1 item rolls however main spec always takes priority.
BOE epics that drop are rolled on first if it is an upgrade for you. If it is not an upgrade for anyone in the raid then it may be rolled on for an alt.
Armor types: If a cloth item drops those that can only use that item take priority over those that can use cloth, leather, mail, ect... example...A +spell damage cloth item drops that a mage and paladin can use. If that item is an upgrade for the mage then the mage would take priority on the list. yes the pally can use it and it may even be an upgrade but there is a reason Blizzard designed different armors with different values such as caster plate and thats so that every spec has armor available to them without hindering those classes that are limited in their armor selection.
3. Raid start time: Invite will go out 15 minutes prior to start time. If you are not on the character you are confirmed for taking to the raid and ready to go someone on standby will be invited instead. If there is a situation where you cannot be there on time let Snapdragon, Doric or Streeker know.
4. Raid Schedule: We currently have been scheduling more than 1 raid in a night. If you are confirmed to one, you may not be confirmed for the other. This is nothing against you, it is so more people can get into raids until we have enough to run 2 at the same time.
5. Progression: While we are not a raiding guild we do like to beat bosses and get them on farm status. Some bosses require different group makeups to defeat. You may be asked to sit out one boss fight to allow a different class to come in. Again this is not anything personal and when everyone is in better gear this probably will not be asked of you.
6. Mods: Currently all we require you to use is Deadly Boss Mods and Omen threat meter. We use recount as a damage meter but prefer not to have damage spammed every minute.

I want to add a few things to these rules.
1. If you are in a group and they are waiting for you to start an instance, this is not the time to check your mail, pick a flower, or mine a node. This is the time for you to get your butt to the instance. Repect the others enough to respect their time as well!
2. In an instance, NEVER mine a node, skin a mob, or pick a flower until everyone is out of combat. If you see something you want to mine/pick/skin let the group know so that they know you aren't ready to fight!
